Please read these terms carefully before using D&L Project56 services.
D&L Project56 provides travel planning, coordination, and booking assistance for Malta, Sicily, and related travel packages.
Services may include accommodation coordination, apartment or hotel sourcing, ferry bookings, airport transfers, local transport coordination, itinerary planning, package preparation, reservations, communication with suppliers, and travel support via WhatsApp.
Important: D&L Project56 acts as an intermediary, planner, and coordinator. We do not own, operate, or control hotels, apartments, ferries, airlines, transfer companies, tour operators, restaurants, venues, or attractions.
When we assist with bookings, we may prepare travel options, coordinate availability, communicate with suppliers, collect payments where applicable, and help secure services selected by the client.
D&L Project56 may offer combined travel packages that include multiple elements such as accommodation, ferry tickets, transfers, local transport, day trips, itinerary planning, or other travel-related services.
Package prices may include supplier costs, planning work, coordination, operational costs, service fees, currency conversion differences, payment processing costs, and business margin.
Individual supplier prices shown elsewhere online may differ from the total package price offered by D&L Project56, as our package may include additional coordination, support, service handling, operational work, and bundled arrangements.
All prices and quotations are based on availability and supplier information available at the time of preparation.
Prices are not guaranteed until the required deposit or full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
Third-party providers may change prices, availability, room types, transport options, ferry times, or booking conditions without prior notice. D&L Project56 is not responsible for supplier price changes before confirmation.
Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, quotations are valid only for the availability and conditions shown at the time they are sent.
Bookings and travel packages may require a deposit to secure availability.
Deposits are non-refundable once planning, booking, coordination, supplier communication, reservation handling, or payment processing has started.
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking or package without refund of the deposit.
Payments may be made by bank transfer, Wise, Revolut, card payment, payment link, or another agreed payment method.
Clients are responsible for any bank fees, card fees, transfer charges, currency conversion costs, or payment provider fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and D&L Project56 or the relevant supplier has confirmed the arrangement.
Submitting payment means the client accepts the itinerary, price, payment conditions, cancellation policy, refund policy, and these Terms & Conditions.
WhatsApp messages, emails, invoices, payment confirmations, PDF offers, screenshots, and supplier confirmations may be used as evidence of communication, acceptance, and booking instructions.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, supplier policy, timing of cancellation, and whether coordination or booking work has already started.
Non-refundable bookings, non-refundable deposits, supplier cancellation fees, payment processing fees, and completed coordination work cannot be refunded.
Where a supplier provides a partial refund, D&L Project56 may assist with the refund process, but supplier processing times and supplier decisions are outside our control.
Service fees, planning fees, coordination work, administrative work, and operational costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By making a payment, the client agrees not to initiate false, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks after services have been planned, coordinated, booked, reserved, or confirmed.
In the event of a payment dispute, D&L Project56 may provide evidence including WhatsApp communication, emails, PDF offers, invoices, payment records, supplier confirmations, booking references, and screenshots.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in recovery action for the disputed amount, administrative costs, payment provider fees, legal costs, and any losses caused to D&L Project56.
All accommodation, transport, ferry, tour, and package elements are subject to availability until confirmed.
If a selected option becomes unavailable before confirmation, D&L Project56 may offer alternatives where possible.
Alternative options may differ in price, location, room type, quality, cancellation policy, timing, or supplier conditions. Equivalent alternatives are not guaranteed.
Hotels, apartments, ferries, airlines, transfer companies, tour operators, venues, restaurants, and other suppliers operate independently from D&L Project56.
D&L Project56 is not responsible for:
Where possible, we may assist clients in communicating with suppliers, but we cannot override supplier rules or guarantee supplier decisions.
Clients and guests are fully responsible for their behaviour during travel and while using accommodation, transport, ferry, tour, or other services.
D&L Project56 is not responsible for damage, fines, penalties, removal from accommodation, denied boarding, refused entry, police involvement, complaints from suppliers, or additional costs caused by guest behaviour.
Clients are responsible for any costs resulting from property damage, missing items, excessive noise, illegal activity, misconduct, smoking violations, unpaid local charges, or breach of supplier rules.
Travel may be affected by delays, cancellations, weather, ferry disruptions, flight changes, traffic, strikes, supplier issues, technical problems, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
D&L Project56 may assist with alternative arrangements where possible, but alternatives are not guaranteed and additional costs may apply.
Clients remain responsible for checking flight times, ferry times, check-in times, meeting points, and travel updates.
D&L Project56 is not liable for failure, delay, cancellation, additional cost, loss, or inconvenience caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This includes but is not limited to bad weather, storms, ferry cancellations, flight disruption, strikes, supplier failure, accidents, illness, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruption, or emergency situations.
We provide travel advice and recommendations based on available information, supplier communication, local knowledge, and online sources at the time of preparation.
While we aim to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee opening hours, attraction availability, restaurant availability, local transport schedules, seasonal services, weather conditions, road conditions, or supplier operations.
Critical information should be verified directly with the relevant provider where necessary.
Images used in offers, PDFs, websites, social media, or communication may be illustrative or provided by suppliers, booking platforms, hotels, apartments, venues, or other third parties.
Actual rooms, views, layouts, facilities, surroundings, furniture, breakfast options, amenities, or services may vary depending on supplier availability, seasonal changes, maintenance, or operational decisions.
D&L Project56 is not responsible for differences between illustrative images and actual supplier-provided services unless the difference was directly caused by our own confirmed written promise.
Special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, room view, bed type, floor level, parking, baby cot, accessibility needs, dietary requests, or transport preferences are subject to supplier availability and approval.
Unless confirmed in writing by the supplier, special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are strongly advised to obtain suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, travel disruption, missed transport, lost luggage, personal liability, and emergency situations.
D&L Project56 is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
Communication is primarily via WhatsApp and email.
While we aim to respond promptly, response times may vary depending on time zone, workload, supplier response times, and urgency of the matter.
For urgent matters during travel, clients should contact us via WhatsApp at +356 7792 2436 and also contact the relevant supplier directly where immediate action is required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D&L Project56 is not liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, reputational, special, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, missed opportunities, stress, inconvenience, or additional expenses caused by third-party providers or events outside our control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid directly to D&L Project56 for our own service fee or coordination work, excluding supplier costs and third-party charges.
By requesting a quotation, accepting an itinerary, sending booking information, making a deposit, making full payment, or continuing with a booking through D&L Project56, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Payment of a deposit or full amount is considered confirmation that the client has reviewed and accepted the offer, itinerary, pricing, refund conditions, cancellation terms, and these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria for D&L Project56 EOOD as the registered company, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in another applicable jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Where services are provided by Malta-based, Sicily-based, or international suppliers, their own local laws, supplier terms, and dispute procedures may also apply to the relevant part of the service.
